How Long after ordering will I receive my product?

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

USA: 2 - 5 Business Days w/ Standard (1 - 3 Business Days w/ Expedited)

Canada: 5 - 10 Business Days

UK & EU: 3 - 7 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 20 Business Days

Rest of the World: 5 - 10 Business Days

I've not received my delivery - what do I do?

If this happens, your item is likely still in transit or being held at customs for clearance (for our international customers.) Please contact us at support@lovelyphrases.com, and we will trace your package.

You can also contact the courier using the tracking number provided with your order, and they will be able to locate your package.

Remember, you have a 90-day Free Return Guarantee, so there is nothing to worry about, we will do everything in our power to get your package delivered to the address you provided.

What carrier do you use?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

What about custom fees/taxes?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please email us at support@lovelyphrases.com, and we'll see what we can do for you based on your order's stage. We can't cancel or change any fulfilled orders, and since all our orders are customized, please double-check your order before placing it.

My item is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?

Please contact our support team with any damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you soon.

Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

What is your return policy?

We have a 90-day free return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to 14790 N Kendall Dr. #1301, Miami, FL 33196. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at support@lovelyphrases.com with any return questions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Amazon Pay.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by clicking this My Account link. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped. For more assistance, contact us at support@lovelyphrases.com and we'll take care of you.

What are the benefits of purchasing package protection with your order?

LovelyPhrases provides a package protection option to accompany your order. The cost depends on the total of your order. This insurance is useful for any damages, loss, or theft of your orders during shipping.

In other words, your package is covered if it is marked "delivered" but stolen from your property by porch pirates.

Shipping insurance is eligible in the US only.

How do I know if my order was processed and/or shipped?

Upon completion of your order / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with Lovelyphrases.com, you can login to your account and View Your Order History under the My Orders section. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form or email us at support@lovelyphrases.com. Please be sure to check your spam and or junk mail folders.
